The six methods

Arithmetic

Calculators such as sheet-set counts, budgets, cost per stay or overhang add, subtract and divide the numbers you enter. Each result shows the inputs and steps. The answer is only as accurate as those inputs.

Sourced reference tables

Size charts and care references come from named sources listed on each page, with the date they were reviewed. A source supports only the specific statements attached to it.

Editorial quizzes

Preference tools, such as material or feel choosers, use rules written by Abeero Home. They organize your stated preferences; they are not scientific scores, medical advice or test results.

Local photo color sampling

Color tools read pixel colors from a photo inside your browser. Screens, lighting and cameras change colors, so a sampled color is a starting point, not a fabric measurement.

Approximate previews

Swatches and room previews use approximate screen colors. Actual fabric may look different.

OCR-assisted transcription

The care-tag reader uses text recognition in your browser to suggest the words on a label. You check and confirm every instruction yourself. Graphic symbols are chosen manually.

Evidence limits

• Unknown facts stay unknown. If a product specification, such as maximum mattress depth, has not been confirmed for an exact variant, the result says so.
• Tools do not claim health, cooling or sleep benefits.
• Your fabric care label takes priority over any general guidance.
• Each tool page lists its methodology, assumptions and sources.

How product suggestions are kept appropriate

• A suggestion separates what is known: the nominal size you chose, a color preference, a quantity, and whether fit is actually documented.
• A known size mismatch always outweighs a color or style preference.
• No result adds anything to your selection automatically. You choose size, color and quantity yourself.
• Material recommendations follow your preferences, including when cotton, linen or another material is the closer match.
