Washer-Load Planner for Bedding

Add measured dry weights and compare them with your washer manual limit for the cycle — weight and bulk are checked separately.

Load total, remaining rated capacity and a bulk warning.

From your washer manual for the selected cycle, not the drum size label alone.

Weigh the dry item, e.g. on a bathroom scale (you holding it minus you). Leave blank if unused.

How this works

Can my washer handle two queen sheet sets in one load? Weigh each dry item, add them, and compare the total only with the maximum dry load your manual states for that cycle. Total = item 1 + item 2 + …; remaining = manual limit − total. "Within stated weight limit" is reported separately from "bulk/space still needs checking", because dry weight does not capture drum bulk. Pounds are converted to kilograms only for display context (1 lb = 0.45359237 kg). No safe sheet count is inferred from drum volume or kg rating, and there is no universal number of sets per machine.

Example values are illustrations, not measured Abeero Home set weights.

Current care labels, detergent labels and appliance manuals override this general guidance. Unknown permissions stay unknown.

Common questions

Can my washer handle two queen sheet sets in one load?

Weigh both dry sets and compare with your manual limit for the cycle, then confirm the items move freely.

Why not just use drum size?

Drum volume and nominal ratings do not tell you how a specific bedding load circulates; the model manual governs.

How do I weigh sheets?

Weigh yourself holding the dry item and subtract your own weight, or use a luggage scale.

Is within weight always fine?

No. Bulky items like comforters can need a separate load even under the weight limit.

Can I mix towels and sheets?

Check the Wash-Together Checker for care compatibility.
